Global Engagement

International Cooperation & Partnerships

Building the bilateral agreements, multilateral frameworks, and institutional alliances that position Lebanon as a trusted global healthcare partner.

Lebanon's healthcare sector has long attracted international patients, diaspora investment, and global academic partnerships. LMTC provides the institutional framework to structure, regulate, and scale this international engagement, transforming informal relationships into durable, policy-backed cooperation.

Government-to-Government Cooperation

LMTC works with the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Health to negotiate bilateral health cooperation agreements with partner governments.
