Global Engagement
International Cooperation & Partnerships
Building the bilateral agreements, multilateral frameworks, and institutional alliances that position Lebanon as a trusted global healthcare partner.
Lebanon's healthcare sector has long attracted international patients, diaspora investment, and global academic partnerships. LMTC provides the institutional framework to structure, regulate, and scale this international engagement, transforming informal relationships into durable, policy-backed cooperation.
Government-to-Government Cooperation
LMTC works with the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Health to negotiate bilateral health cooperation agreements with partner governments. These agreements establish frameworks for patient referral, joint research, workforce exchange, and mutual recognition of medical qualifications.
Hospital & Clinical Alliances
LMTC facilitates institutional partnerships between Lebanese hospitals and leading international medical centers, enabling knowledge transfer, joint clinical programs, staff exchange, and co-accreditation pathways that elevate the standard of care across Lebanon's hospital network.
Research & Academic Collaboration
Lebanon's medical research capacity centered in its universities and teaching hospitals, is a significant national asset. LMTC builds the institutional frameworks for international research collaboration, joint publications, clinical trial participation, and health economics research that positions Lebanon as a regional knowledge hub.
Diaspora Engagement
Lebanon's global diaspora includes tens of thousands of highly qualified medical professionals practicing in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf. LMTC's diaspora engagement program channels this expertise back into Lebanon, through telemedicine consultation, investment facilitation, knowledge transfer, and advocacy for Lebanon's healthcare sector internationally.
